Dr. Kelly is a board-certified ophthalmologist trained at Columbia University, Cornell University Medical College, and The Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital. He serves as Director of Refractive Surgery Education at Northwell Health and brings over 30 years of experience in LASIK and vision correction procedures.
